Strategic Planning

Together, we’ll create a vision for your school, including short and long-term goals that will break down the barriers keeping students within the opportunity gap. This is the plan for those ready to address adult action and change it at a level that impacts our children directly.

The Outcomes of the Equitable Outcomes Framework ™️ include:

  • Build the capacity to provide coaching for every teacher and every leader

  • With material development and project management being taken care of, Instructional Leadership on all levels will have more time and energy to devote to practicing, providing feedback, and protecting each other’s capacity to create access.

  • By providing systems to initiate and manage ongoing communication, Instructional Leaders will be empowered with the information they need to make decisions that creates access to grade-level content within the context of their role, with little to no disruption of their workflow or loss of instructional planning time.

  • We will provide transformational support that builds leadership and coaching skills, encourages professional collaboration, and supports longevity.

  • Instructional Leaders will receive guided support ( facilitation of PLCs and coaching conversations throughout the instructional planning cycle) that strategically deepens their knowledge of curriculum and instruction.

  • Key stakeholders at every level will get the practice, feedback, and materials they need to create access to grade-level content while actively removing barriers.

The Steering Committee would build the infrastructure needed to create access to grade-level content for every child, in every classroom AND close opportunity gaps for all Black students and students with learning differences and accommodations.

  • We will develop the language needed to cohesively advocate for the additional resources, structures, and staff needed to advance the school’s ultimate mission and communicate its value in a compelling, resonating way.

  • We will provide staff members with an opportunity to see and be seen, in a way that is radically honest, healing, and restorative.

  • Alongside, a sharper self-awareness staff will be able to clearly identify and define the actions, skills, and structures that remove barriers and that develop a sense of an expanded individual and collective locus of control.
