Launching in August 2024, the Equitable Outcomes Collective is a Group Coaching Leadership Program for Black Women in Educational Leadership

  • 10 Sessions: Topics include Leading School & System Wide Change in a Colorblind World, Building Educator HQIM Capacity Despite Unspoken Mindsets About What Black Children Can Do, Facilitating PLCs That Disrupt Unconscious Bias AND Create Student Opportunity to Grapple With Grade Level Content.

  • 6 Community Calls: Be a part of a Community that affirms and validates your lived experience through shared space and stories from other Black women in educational leadership.

  • 3 Milestone Check-ins: Get relevant feedback in real-time about concrete tools you are leveraging to facilitate change and solve your unique problem of practice.

  • Additional Time-Saving Resources: Spend less time creating agendas, protocols, and templates and more time troubleshooting and incorporating capacity building feedback on your facilitation and communication skills that honors your leadership style and brings your vision to fruition.

Equitable Outcomes is a registered vendor in the vendor portals for New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE), Houston Independent School District (HISD), Aldine Independent School District (Aldine ISD), and San Antonio Independent School District (San Antonio ISD). We are committed to facilitating enrollment into the Equitable Outcomes Collective by becoming registered vendors in other school districts as needed.
