We partner with you to develop a plan for communicating with stakeholders to launch your district’s new model, to create space for an explicit dialogue regarding shifts in expectations, roles, and adult culture needed to generate, support, and sustain adult actions that create access for all Black children.

Our goal is to onboard school-based instructional leadership teams and district-level instructional leaders to key shifts in Instructional Leadership. We will facilitate the collaborative redesign of school-based infrastructure to create access to grade-level content in the upcoming school year.
