Our Mission is to

create equity-sustaining systems for all visionary schools. Research shows that all children want to learn, and it’s proven that all children are capable of learning.

Our goal is to

teach districts that the test results and achievement statistics aren’t where the gaps lie- they’re an indication that there are unseen gaps that created the results everyone is so focused on.

We work

hand in hand as we partner up with schools, so they can understand the patterns, address them, call them out for what they are, and create a sustainable plan for the long term.

 
  • We are an education management firm that believes that systems-level change in education requires accountability and capacity building at the intersection of instruction and equity, from the top down.

    We are in the business of closing the opportunity gap for all Black children in public schools through capacity building at the intersection of instruction and equity and flexible project management support.

    We are confident that our strategic framework will embolden school districts and educational institutions to become change agents in ensuring equitable education for all children, especially black children.

    We are a company that values authenticity over persistency. Meaning we'd rather cultivate authentic personal learning, instead of a string of filler interactions.

    We are dedicated to creating an interactive client experience that is customized to ensure each client is able to operate at their highest capacity during our time together

  • We are not a DEI firm that trains individuals or institutions on DEI principles in isolation, without any structures in place for decision-makers that can hold them accountable or build individual / institutional capacity.

    We are not a company that provides content training for teachers and principals. We don’t train educators or administrators on instructional best practices, without any structures in place for decision-makers that can hold them accountable or build educator/administrator capacity.

    We are not out to make a quick buck. Integrity is at the root of what we do here at Equitable outcomes. We will never advise a course of action or scope of work just to make money.

    We are not a bandaid service. At Equitable outcomes, we partner with your organization to explicitly name and design systems that allows your team to feel seen, heard and validated. We serve as a third party who is able to see any bottlenecks or barriers within the organization and is able to create strategies to gradually shift the culture and mindsets of the team towards centering access.

    We are not blind to the work that needs to be done to close the opportunity gap for all Black children in public schools. Through capacity building at the intersection of instruction and equity and flexible project management support Equitable Outcomes, we created to close the gap.

Meet

Sable Mensah

For over a decade, I’ve served America’s children as a teacher, coach, curriculum, and professional development designer. And my experience has taught me that you can design the perfect curriculum; you can include all the ideal details, and you can create the perfect legislature. However, there will still be decisions made that inherently keep Black children behind on their education.

I’m unapologetically for Black children and their opportunities.

I create systems that will hold stakeholders accountable for all the things that are contributing to the opportunity gaps that exist. It’s my job to educate those in the educational systems to notice these patterns. It’s our job to create new patterns that are better for our children.
